    I am a professional mystery diner by HGEM as a part time job, and I visited this place tonight after seeing good reviews but I am questioning previous reviews.Order: x The Good StuffIf they want to stay in the game then do these things:- Waffles don't include vanilla ice-cream as a standard?? £. should definitely have ice cream with it- Strawberry felt frozen stored strawberries- Cutlery which was given for takeout was very poor, it broke in minutes.Wouldn't recommend this place until the owners take the above feedback into account and confirm these have been changed.

Just WOW.Started off with me being annoying and ringing the store x due to the option on ubereats not being clear, but the guy who answered was so so patient. I’d ring again and ask him his name because he deserves a big well done from the bosses, but yeah, not a th time The waffle WOW.I was a bit skeptical at first, because it wasn’t the usual golden brown colour i’m used to- you know what, i’m glad. This is the FIRST moist waffle i’ve ever had ever. I feel like I could write a story about that waffle it was SO GOOD!! I wouldn’t get the lindor again, but that’s just a personal preference. /. Thankyou to the guy on the phone who said i could just put biscoff sauce in the notes! Also, be aware that you only get inclusive ice cream with the byo waffle, for anyone ordering. Just /.Triple chocolate cookie dough:My sister got this, her first bite she said she’s sad it’s gonna finish soon i’m not even a chocolate fan, but she made me try it and it was really nice!Overall:Yeah, i’m switching this to our regular place now. Wish it was open for longer, because our regular is open till am, but it’s worth ordering earlier for such nice dessert. I’d want to get the croffle next time, but i’m not sure on the size, and there aren’t any pictures. I know there’s one on instagram, but idk if that’s servings or one. I’m sad this place has . stars, all because of one negative review. It deserves .     A long week at work called for a Friday night of calorie overloading.I’ve passed Sweet Hideout several times but always resisted temptation... but today I gave in and I’m glad because it was AMAZING.First time in there and I was impressed. Greeted with a warm welcome from friendly staff on arrival at the super clean and tidy shop.Placed a bespoke order of strawberry, kinder and jammy dodger croffle with white sauce which was cooked to perfection and topped generously - every bite was covered and tasted unreal!Of course, I had to get a milkshake as well - cos a calorie overload isn’t done right unless you have two desserts, right?Selected a milky mayhem milkshake from the menu to wash the croffles down - wow!All that was so filling and so tasty, was stuffed afterwards, but it was definitely worth it !Thank you Sweet Hideout - see you next week for my next evening of indulgence - so addictive!
